The 2017 Nulon Nationals Workshop Challenge is upon us! Started in 2016 as an alternative to the club competition for traders and workshops, the workshop challenge has 3 rounds and pits top performance workshops against each other across varied disciplines – the results are a lot of fun, and some very exciting racing. In 2017, there are 15 workshop teams of 3 cars, who will be gathering on the weekend of May 13-14 at Bathurst for 2 days of action:
Saturday: Side-by-Side Supersprint action down Conrod Straight to the finish line! First car to the kink gets the race line….
Sunday: Mountain Straight Hillclimb to McPhillamy Park at the top of the mount.
For round one, we are proud to announce the V-Sport team as…..
JAMIE MISCHKONIGG, in his Mitsubishi Lancer EVO 8 MR
Talented driver and V-Sport regular, Jamie performed consistently within the Top 20 at this year’s Whiteline RallySprint.
Having been in the workshop last week for a service and fresh brakes, the car should be running tip-top for this weekend’s event.
TROY NICHOLSON in his HSV Coupe 4
The ultra-rare manual HSV Coupe 4 is hot off the back of an 8th place overall in the 2016/17 Whiteline RallySprint Series, and ready to rule this weekend in Bathurst.
Check out some in-car footage from round 4 here.

Scott has spent his fair share of time on the track, on two and four wheels.
Having competed in WTAC 2016 in the Clubsprint Class, Scott is a friend of V-Sport and will be a great addition to the team.
